During my 7-nights-stay, the hotel offers quiet rooms with a great view of the pine park. While they can get busy at times, there is nothing extreme to worry about, except for the occasional smell of fish in room 404B's bathroom.

The location is just a few steps away from the beach and a short walk to downtown. The dining experience is ok but could use enhancements. The facilities are good with some room for improvement.
